General Questions
How long does it take to receive my custom portrait?
We deliver most orders within 12 hours maximum, even during high-load periods. Usually, your artwork is ready much faster. You'll get a message the moment your portrait is ready.
What kind of photo works best?
Any modern phone photo with good lighting on the face. Close-crop selfies and portrait-mode photos work beautifully. Avoid heavy shadows, hats that cover the face, and extreme backlight. A photo near a window during daylight is ideal.
Do you offer revisions?
Every order includes two free revisions. If something isn't quite right — the lighting, the mood, a specific detail — just tell us and we'll make adjustments. Additional revisions beyond two are available for a small fee.
Is my photo kept private?
Yes. Your photo is used only to create your order. We never share, repost, or use your photo for marketing without your explicit written permission. Privacy is non-negotiable.
Do you offer refunds?
Because each portrait is custom-made specifically for you, we don't offer refunds on completed work. Our two free revisions exist to make sure you love the final piece before we call it done.

What file formats and quality do I receive?

We provide high-quality files optimized for professional printing up to large poster sizes (300 DPI):

Can you do pet portraits?
Absolutely. We have a dedicated Pet Portraits collection where we apply our photoshoot and artistic techniques to your furry friends. Dogs, cats, horses, or exotic pets — we handle them all.
Can I print the portrait anywhere?
Yes. Every digital file comes with unlimited personal-use rights. Print at home, at a local print shop, or through any online service like Snapfish, Shutterfly, Mpix, or your favorite framer.
Do you ship physical prints?
We deliver digital files only. This keeps costs down, avoids shipping delays, and lets you print at any size you want through your local lab.

How much control do I have over the style and details?
You have complete creative control. We offer a vast array of styles (like Old Money, Urban, Editorial, and more). For each style, you can choose from our list of locations, specify the outfit, set the mood, and even pick a color palette. Every detail is customizable to your vision.
What happens after I place an order?
Once you place your order, you'll receive a link to a quick preference form. It takes just a couple of minutes to fill out. There, you can select your style, location, and any specific styling requests. It's simple, fast, and ensures we get every detail right.
Can I get professional advice on the styling?
Absolutely. We are experts in our craft and can help you achieve a result that looks hundreds of times better than an expensive offline photoshoot. You can request a completely individual style or consult with us on how to best stylize your photo. We'll make it look professional, polished, and faster than any traditional studio.
Can I use these for social media avatars?
Absolutely. We provide files optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, and more. For avatar styles, we often include a transparent PNG version so you can place yourself on any background.
